Four Winds on A1A
Four Winds Condominiums sits at 8130 A1A South, on the south end of Crescent Beach — far from the public beach ramps, close to Matanzas Inlet. The Atlantic is on one side. The Intracoastal is across the street. Historic downtown St. Augustine is a 15- to 20-minute drive north.
Groceries, a few restaurants, and Cafe Eleven are a short drive on A1A. Devil’s Elbow boat ramp is about a mile and a half north if you bring a kayak. The beach itself is the point: wide, pale, and rarely crowded compared with St. Augustine Beach proper.

Find Four Winds
South of the historic district, on the ocean side of A1A. Historic St. Augustine is 15–20 minutes north. The public beach ramps are not your problem.

St. Augustine Lighthouse
Climb 219 steps for a view of Anastasia Island, the inlet, and the Atlantic. Sunset from the grounds is worth the timing.
At the door
Crescent Beach itself
A wide, gently sloped Atlantic beach. Horseback rides at the waterline, shells at low tide, and room to walk for miles.
