How a stay works

Direct booking with E&S. After we confirm dates, you’ll get a rental agreement, a door code, parking notes, and the walkover closest to your unit.

House rules

• No pets. The association does not allow them in these units.
• No smoking or vaping indoors or on balconies.
• No grilling. There are no barbecue facilities on the property.
• Primary renter must be 25 or older.
• Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Minimum stay is 3 nights. Memorial Day through Labor Day is typically Saturday to Saturday.
• Open community parking. Obtain parking passes from the C4 office.

What we provide

Hotel-quality linens and towels, a starter set of paper goods and soaps, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, beach chairs, a cooler, and fast Wi-Fi. Bring groceries, sunscreen, and whatever you like to cook. Unfortunately, there are no barbecue facilities on the property — a common request, and one we wish we could say yes to.

Getting here

Northeast Florida Regional Airport (UST / SGJ) is about 25 minutes. Jacksonville International (JAX) is about an hour. From A1A and SR 206, head south roughly three miles and turn left into Four Winds.
